No Show for Road Test will be charged a $59 fee.

Please cancel all Road Tests within 24 hours of your exam date.

Please be on time for your lesson! Lost time from your lesson will not be reimbursed.

If you later than 10 minutes, the lesson will be fortfied.

If for any reason Madame Driving School has to re-schedule a class or put your lesson for a different time, it will be done within 24 hours of your class; if Madame Driving School is late for any reason your FULL 45 minutes will be given.
ALWAYS bring your permit for your lessons, 5 hour class and Road Test. If you do NOT have your permit for your lesson you will be charged a $29 NO SHOW FEE. If you do NOT have your permit you will NOT be able to take your 5 hour class. If you do NOT have your permit you will NOT be able to take your Road Test.
If you are 16-18 years old please have your parent/guardian sign the MV-262. If NOT you will NOT be able to take your Road Test.
If you have a B restriction on your permit DMV requires you to have your glasses at all times or your contact case present at time of the Road Test.
Temp visitor should NEVER be EXPIRED at time of Road Test, If so you will NOT be able to take your exam.
Your package is good for ONE year NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

ROAD TEST APPOINTMENTS RESCHEDULING FEE CANCELLATION WILL NEED TO PAY A $19.00.
WE DO NOT PICK UP FOR ROAD TEST, STUDENTS MUST GO TO THE OFFICE ASSIGNED BY THE REPRESENTATIVE.
IF A REFUND IS REQUESTED, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY BREAKING THE PACKAGE AND THE SERVICES YOU TOOK UP TO THAT MOMENT, WILL HAVE TO BE CHARGED AS INDIVIDUAL SERVICES. THERE WILL BE A 10% SERVICE FEE DEDUCTED FROM ALL REFUNDS.
INSTRUCTORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE PRIVATE LESSONS, ALL TRANSACTIONS MUST BE DONE THROUGH THE SCHOOL.
If the student is under 18 years of age, the contract must instead be signed by the student’s parent/guardian/person in loco parentis who 18 years of age or older.
