Terms for CDL Students
- I must arrive on time for my lessons or I will just get the remaining minutes or lose the lesson if I arrive after the scheduled time frame.
- I understand that A LESSON CANCELLED ON THE SAME DAY OR A NO SHOW BY STUDENT WILL COUNT AS GIVEN (lesson will be lost). Lessons cancelled within less than 48-hours– notice will be lost.
- To cancel or reschedule a Road Test a 7-day prior notice is required. I will need to pay $350.00 for a new Road Test.
- I also understand NYS DMV also requires 72 hours’ notice (three business days) cancellation or Skills fee is lost and will need to pay the DMV again ($40.00).
- I will be prepared for my lessons, read the course materials before class and have my driver’s license and permit and documents with me at all times.
- I will arrive on time for my Road Test Appointments with my NYS Driver’s license, my CDL Permit, eye glasses (if applicable) and my DOT Medical Authorization or I will lose my road test and will have to pay $349.00 for the next road test.
- I understand that my Road Test will be canceled if any of my documents are expired, suspended or missing and will need to pay again.
- I understand that Madame Driving School Corp. is not responsible for any missing documentation and even if I get a re-date you would have to pay again to rent the truck.
- I understand that all lessons are scheduled through the office and will NOT be called to re-confirm any lessons already scheduled.
- I understand that any problems, administrative issues, class scheduling should be discussed with management at the school.
- I understand that requesting my instructor’s cell phone number is against my contractual obligations with Madame Driving School Corp. Any problems, administrative issues, or class scheduling should be discussed with management at the school.
